It includes screened in dining area with fridge, sink, bathroom and heating options including a wood fireplace and gas heaters. Attached are two large covered porches to help you stay out of the weather. One equipped with two large grills the other a great place to sit and enjoy the view of the river. The area also provide a fire pit with comfortable swings all around for your late night fireside talks. And of course lots of seating for all to relax."
